Brandon Rose is a litigator focusing on complex commercial disputes and litigation matters. Brandon takes a holistic approach to his practice, concentrating on developing a valued relationship with his clients and gaining a deep understanding of their businesses, needs and goals in order to find the best solution. By doing so, Brandon not only guides his clients through difficult situations to reach the best result, but also seeks to anticipate future potential issues and provide advice to prevent those issues from arising.
Prior to joining AXS Law Group, Brandon practiced at a major Miami law firm handling high-stakes complex litigation cases. Brandon has significant experience across a wide array of dispute resolution and litigation matters, and has successfully handled trade secrets, partnership and breach of fiduciary cases as well as consumer finance and real estate disputes, among others. Of particular note, Brandon has defended several national loan originators and sellers in lawsuits brought by one of the largest private purchasers of mortgages, who sought repurchase and indemnification related to the sale of billions of dollars’ worth of mortgage loans pooled into mortgage backed securities.
Brandon also represented a former CEO of Norwegian Cruise Lines in a lawsuit against Virgin, claiming that Virgin misappropriated his client’s business idea to create a new cruise line of ultra ships, with projected profits of roughly $1 billion dollars in ten years.
Through these and his other cases, Brandon excelled in the advocacy of his clients, arguing motions in federal courts across the country, and taking and defending numerous depositions of critical witnesses in these actions. Brandon additionally helped manage nearly every aspect of the discovery process in these actions, and other major lawsuits, which each contained hundreds of thousands, if not several million documents.
Along with his litigation practice, Brandon is dedicated to the Miami community, and particularly the children of the community. Brandon currently serves on the Board of Directors of Dibia Dream, Inc., which focuses on youth development through Education, Financial Literacy, Health & Wellness, Mentorship and Sports. Brandon is also currently involved with Lawyers for Children, a pro bono organization, serving as Attorney Ad Litem for a teenage girl. Following in the footsteps of parents and sister, all academics, Brandon has for several years served as a teacher in the Streetlaw Program, which partners with local schools to provide interactive methods to teach students practical law lessons as well as encourage greater diversity in the legal field.
Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree from Yale University in 2009, and his law degree, graduating cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2012.
