Lauren Quattromani’s practice includes general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity investments and venture capital investments in a broad range of industries.
For start-up and emerging companies, Lauren assists clients in planning from the conceptual stages of business formation and obtaining financing, as well as with employment issues and other issues that arise throughout the course of a company’s business operations. For more mature companies, Lauren works on larger scale mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures of private business entities, having facilitated a wide range of corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Lauren has extensive experience in the resolution of shareholder disputes, and also in assisting corporate clients in determining other implications of business structuring including cash flow distributions, liability, control, governance and exit strategies.
Lauren graduated in 2013 from the University of Miami School of Law where she obtained the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Academic Performance in Legal Communication & Research. Lauren also received recognition in Forbes for her contribution on a team of three women who designed an app for the promotion and advancement of women in the legal field. She graduated magna cum laude in 2010 from the University of Miami as an undergraduate, obtaining a joint B.A. degree in political science and criminology.
In her free time, Lauren has a strong passion for traveling, trying new foods, running and spending time with her friends and family.
