Jeff Gutchess leads the AXS Law Trial & Litigation Teams. He has 25 years of experience trying cases and advising businesses in all types of disputes. Over the past 10 years he has prosecuted a number of plaintiffs’ business to business cases recovering tens of millions of dollars and hundreds of millions in value for aggrieved business owners.

Antonio Contarini focuses his practice on transactional corporate law and business litigation. A Florida native, he began his legal career representing banks and credit card companies in contract disputes and judgment collections. After pursuing an executive MBA, he entered the corporate world, acting as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for multinational corporations, managing their legal processes domestically and in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. He has also advised clients on business and family immigration matters and visa petitions.
