Over the past 10 years he has prosecuted a number of plaintiffs’ business to business cases recovering tens of millions of dollars and hundreds of millions in value for aggrieved business owners.

Jeremy Ben-David is an experienced corporate and real estate transactional attorney, and has represented companies of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to large multi-national companies, along with their officers and directors, through all aspects of a business’ life cycle, starting with formation, through growth, and ending in liquidity events and exits.
Morgan Ben-David’s practice focuses on franchise law, distribution, hospitality, and emerging businesses. She has significant experience advising franchisor clients on franchise sales and disclosure compliance issues, drafting and preparing franchise disclosure documents, and franchise agreements. Morgan also regularly advises and counsels franchisees on the purchase of franchises.
Daniel Tropin is a litigator who specializes in complex commercial cases. Daniel has a wealth of experience across the spectrum of litigation, including class actions, derivative actions, trade secrets, arbitrations, and personal injury cases. Daniel graduated from the University of Virginia law school in 2012, and prior to joining this firm, was an associate at a major Miami law firm.
Lauren Quattromani’s practice includes general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity investments and venture capital investments in a broad range of industries.
Melissa Bernheim’s practice focuses on franchise law, licensing, business transactions, commercial litigation, intellectual property and real estate matters. Melissa has significant experience representing both franchisors and franchisees in all business aspects of franchising, as well as extensive licensing experience and general corporate transactional and litigation experience.
Antonio Contarini focuses his practice on transactional corporate law and business litigation. A Florida native, he began his legal career representing banks and credit card companies in contract disputes and judgment collections. After pursuing an executive MBA, he entered the corporate world, acting as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for multinational corporations, managing their legal processes domestically and in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. He has also advised clients on business and family immigration matters and visa petitions.
Brandon Rose is a litigator focusing on complex commercial disputes and litigation matters. Brandon takes a holistic approach to his practice, concentrating on developing a valued relationship with his clients and gaining a deep understanding of their businesses, needs and goals in order to find the best solution. By doing so, Brandon not only guides his clients through difficult situations to reach the best result, but also seeks to anticipate future potential issues and provide advice to prevent those issues from arising.
