Morgan Ben-David’s practice focuses on franchise law, distribution, hospitality, and emerging businesses. She has significant experience advising franchisor clients on franchise sales and disclosure compliance issues, drafting and preparing franchise disclosure documents, and franchise agreements. Morgan also regularly advises and counsels franchisees on the purchase of franchises.
Daniel Tropin is a litigator who specializes in complex commercial cases. Daniel has a wealth of experience across the spectrum of litigation, including class actions, derivative actions, trade secrets, arbitrations, and personal injury cases. Daniel graduated from the University of Virginia law school in 2012, and prior to joining this firm, was an associate at a major Miami law firm.
Lauren Quattromani’s practice includes general corporate matters, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity investments and venture capital investments in a broad range of industries.
Brandon Rose is a litigator focusing on complex commercial disputes and litigation matters. Anthony is a passionate, practical, and proven litigator. He frequently represents mortgage lenders and developers, as well as provides counsel to technology, transportation, and construction firms. Anthony’s clients consider him to be a strategic partner, and in each case, he develops meaningful client relationships. He is constantly learning about the underlying economics of his client’s industry, making Anthony uniquely able to shape strong business deals.
Rashad practices a blend of business litigation and corporate transactional work, with an emphasis on franchise and distribution and state and federal franchise law compliance. He represents both franchisors and franchisees in all aspects of a franchise relationship, from initial negotiations and contract formation to the winding down or termination of a franchise agreement. He also represents franchisors in the enforcement of post-term covenants not to compete, trademark protection, and other injunctive relief.
